Yummy Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. grated jack cheese, 6 chicken breasts, 4 tbsp. butter, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt and 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

In large pot, melt butter, garlic salt, salt and pepper.
Add chicken, basting on all sides with butter mixture.
Cover with lid and bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Take out and add mushrooms.
Bake until mushrooms are cooked (about 15 minutes).
Put onion rings over top and then grated cheese.
Bake, uncovered, until the cheese melts.
