Yummy Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large (3 lb.) fryer, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1/2 c. chopped onion and 1 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cook chicken; do not add salt.

Debone when cool and cut into eating pieces.

Place meat in large casserole that has been buttered (I use Pam).

Spread soups over chicken.

Saute onion and celery and sprinkle over soups.

Top with stuffing mix and spoon chicken broth over the mix.

Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
