Melt butter in a 15 1/2 x 11 x 2 1/2-inch jelly roll pan. Sprinkle German chocolate cake mix evenly over butter.
Then sprinkle miniature marshmallows over the cake mix.
Next, sprinkle butterscotch chips over marshmallows, and then coconut on top. Last, drizzle condensed milk over the top.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes.
