Yummy Bar Cookies
Yummy Bar Cookies is an easy dinner. Made with 2 sticks butter, 3/4 c. brown sugar, crispy saltines, 1 12 oz. pkg. semisweet chocolate morsels and chopped pecans, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix butter with brown sugar.
Bring to a boil and boil 3 minutes.
Spray 11 x 16 inch jelly roll pan with vegetable spray. Line pan with Crispy saltines, placed touching.
Pour brown sugar mixture over crackers.
Bake at 350Β° for 5 to 6 minutes.
Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate morsels over top and let melt.
Top with chopped pecans.
Chill and cut in squares.
