Yum Yum Salad
Yum Yum Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant), 2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello, 3 tbsp. minute tapioca, 4 c. liquid (drained from fruit) and 2 cans mandarin oranges, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Add together the pudding, jello, tapioca and 4 cups liquid drained from the fruit. Bring to a boil. Cool. Drain fruit and add water to make 4 cups for first mixture.
Add fruit to cooled pudding.
Refrigerate.
Serve in a bowl or dish.
Not good for molds.
Makes lots!
