Yum-Yum Salad
Yum-Yum Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. crushed pineapple, juice of 1 lemon, 1 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. gelatin and 1/2 c. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat pineapple, juice of lemon and sugar.
Dissolve gelatin in cold water 5 minutes; add to hot mixture.
When cool, add grated cheese and whipped cream.
Pour in greased mold.
Cut in squares to serve.
