Yum Yum Salad
Yum Yum Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, 1 c. boiling water, 1 c. cold juice and water, 1 box lime or orange jello (dietetic) and 1 small can crushed pineapple in juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Soften cream cheese.
Pour boiling water over jello and cream cheese and stir until dissolved (use rotary beater).
Add 1 cup cold liquid.
(Use liquid from pineapple, adding water to make 1 cup.)
Stir well.
Add pineapple and pecans.
Let jell.
Keep in refrigerator.
