Yum Yum Cupcakes
Yum Yum Cupcakes is an impressive dinner. Made with 8 oz. cream cheese, softened, 1 egg, 1/3 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Beat cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt well.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Set aside.
Combine dry ingredients.
Add all other ingredients together, then stir in dry ingredients.
Fill cupcake tins 1/2 full with chocolate mixture.
Top with about 1 teaspoon cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 375Β° for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen cupcakes.
