Yum Yum Chicken
Yum Yum Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 chicken breasts, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of celery soup, 1 c. sour cream and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. pepperidge farm cornbread stuffing crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Season chicken as desired; boil until tender. Cool and skim off fat. Bone chicken and cut into bite-size pieces.
Arrange in 9 x 11-inch pan. Mix soups and sour cream; spoon over chicken. Top with stuffing mix. Melt margarine in heated chicken broth; pour evenly over all. Bake 1 hour at 350Β°. Can be served over rice.
