Mix first 4 ingredients 3 or 4 minutes.
Prepare three cake pans; bake at 350Β° for 18 minutes.
While cake is baking, mix pudding mix with pineapple.
Put in refrigerator to thicken.
When thick, fold in Cool Whip.
Return to refrigerator and frost cake when cool.
