"Yum-Yum" Baked Fudge Cake
"Yum-Yum" Baked Fudge Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 2 c. plus 2 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 c. cocoa and 1 c. melted butter, cooled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Combine in mixing bowl eggs, flour and cocoa.
Beat at medium speed until well blended.
Add butter and nuts and continue to beat about 1 minute.
Transfer to lightly greased 8-inch square pan and bake in preheated 350Β° oven 35 to 40 minutes or until firm on top.
This cake forms a thick fudge sauce in the bottom of pan and cannot be tested with a toothpick insertion.
