Yum-Yum
Yum-Yum is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground beef, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1 c. cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. cream of chicken soup and 1/2 c. uncooked rice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Bake potatoes, cut lengthwise and remove contents so as not to break shells.
Mash, season with sugar and butter and add chopped nut meats.
Refill shells.
Cover with finely chopped nuts. Sprinkle lightly with sugar.
