Yuki's Fried Rice
Yuki'S Fried Rice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. oil, 8 oz. meat (uncooked chicken breast, pork or beef, sliced or chopped), about 1 c., 1 medium size carrot (about 1/2 c.), 1 tsp. sugar and 1 medium size onion (about 3/4 c.), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Trim all fat from meat.
Heat skillet to 350Β° and add oil (this is a medium hot frying pan).
Add chicken, quickly fry for 5 minutes.
Add sugar and carrots and fry medium-high 3 minutes. Add onions and celery; stir and cook 2 minutes.
Add green pepper and bouillon cubes (crush them in pan).
Add soy sauce.
Add cooked rice.
Serves 4.
