Yorkshire Pudding
Yorkshire Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 4 oz. flour (plain), 1 egg, 2 pt. milk and water (2/3 milk and 1/3 water), 2 tsp. salt and 1 oz. drippings, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Sift flour and salt into bowl.
Add egg and a little milk.
Mix to a smooth batter.
Beat for 5 minutes until air bubbles appear. Then add the remaining milk slowly.
Leave to stand before using. Heat drippings in a tin (8 x 10-inch) or small muffin tins.
Pour the batter into pan.
Bake on top rack for 30 minutes at 425Β°. Muffin tins should bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
