Yorkshire Pudding
Yorkshire Pudding is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. hot roast beef drippings, 2 eggs, 1 c. milk, 1 c. sifted flour and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Pour into an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish and keep hot 1/4 cup roast beef drippings.
Beat until thick and piled softly 2 eggs.
Add to beaten eggs and beat with rotary beater until smooth milk, flour and salt.
Pour mixture over hot meat drippings and bake at 400Β° for 30 to 40 minutes or until puffed and browned. Cut into squares and serve immediately with standing rib roast of beef.
