Yogurt-Praline Candy is an moderately easy dinner. Made with butter-flavored cooking spray, 1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. nonfat plain yogurt and 2 c. walnut or pecan halves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Coat wax paper with cooking spray; set aside.
Combine sugars and yogurt in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
(Do not stir.)
Boil 2 to 3 minutes or until a candy thermometer reads 232Β°.
Remove from heat; stir in walnuts and vanilla.
Spoon mixture evenly onto prepared wax paper; let stand until firm.
Break into small pieces.
Store in an airtight container.
