Yogurt Fluff
Yogurt Fluff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. boiling water, 1 pkg. sugar-free jell-o brand gelatin (raspberry, cherry or strawberry flavor), 1/2 c. cold water, ice cubes and 1 (8 oz.) container plain yogurt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
Pour boiling water into blender container.
Add gelatin and blend at low speed until dissolved about 1 minute.
Combine and add water and ice cubes to make 1 cup.
Add to gelatin and stir until ice is melted, then blend in yogurt and vanilla.
Chill in dessert glasses or bowl until set, about 1 hour.
Makes 5 servings (35 calories per serving).
