Yogurt Coffee Cake
Tender coffee cake made moist with fruit yogurt and a brown-sugar crumb. Wholesome, lightly tangy, and at home with a morning cup.

Cream butter and brown sugar.
Add egg and vanilla; beat until fluffy.
Stir together flour, baking soda and salt.
Add to creamed mixture alternately with yogurt.
Blend well.
Turn into a greased 9-inch square cake pan.
The top can be sprinkled with chopped nuts if desired.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for about 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
