Yo Kan
Yo Kan is an easy dinner. Made with 4 sticks kanten (agar-agar), 5 c. water, 4 1/2 c. sugar and 1 can cooked "an", this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Rinse kanten and soak in 5 cups of water for 5 minutes. Cook until starts to boil; add sugar and continue cooking for about minutes, stirring constantly.
The "An", mixing well continue cooking for 4 to 5 minutes.
Pour into
9 x 13-inch container.
Cool and refrigerate until firm.
Cut into desired shapes.
