Yellow Squash Casserole
Yellow Squash Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 or 6 yellow squash, 1 (8 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, 1/2 lb. ground meat, 1/2 lb. ground sausage (jimmy dean roll sausage) and 1 medium onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

In skillet, place onions, ground meat and sausage crumbled up. Cook until done, drain and set aside.
In same skillet, place sliced squash and cook it down until tender; drain squash and mix all ingredients except bread crumbs in casserole dish or large Dutch oven.
Cook at 375Β° for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle crumbs.
Let set for cooling.
