Yellow Rice Casserole
Yellow Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 42 minutes. Made with (5 oz.) yellow saffron rice, green giant mexicorn, cream of mushroom soup, c. grated cheddar cheese and margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook rice following package directions.
When done, stir in margarine and soup (do not add water to soup).
In casserole dish, layer rice, corn and cheese.
Repeat, ending with cheese on top. Bake in 350Β° oven for 25 to 30 minutes or in microwave on High for 7 minutes and allow to stand for 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
