Yellow Jello Salad
Yellow Jello Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large box lemon jello, 2 c. boiling water, 1 1/2 c. cold water, 2 c. mini marshmallows and 2 sliced bananas, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Take jello and add boiling water, cold water, marshmallows, pineapple (not juice) and bananas.
Put in an 8 x 12-inch Pyrex dish and set firm, several hours or overnight.
Take juice from pineapple and add water to make 1 cup.
Cook juice with sugar, flour and butter.
Add beaten egg.
Cook until thickened. Let cool.
Pour over jello and let get firm in refrigerator.
