Measure flour, sift then measure again. Add baking powder again.
Yolks and the water for 10 minutes with the egg beater, then add salt, cream of tartar, sugar flavoring; then fold in flour mixture. Bake in an angel food tube pan 1 hour at 325Β°.
Ice with lemon custard pudding.
