Yeast Rolls
Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. dry yeast, 1/4 c. warm water, 1/4 c. sugar, 3/4 c. warm water and 1/4 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Dissolve the yeast in the warm water.
Mix the next 5 ingredients together.
Add yeast mixture to the second mixture. Add approximately 3 cups of bread flour, a little at a time, until mixture is "workable."
Knead until well mixed.
Place in well-greased bowl and flip dough to grease the top.
Cover with a cloth; let double in size.
Punch down; roll out dough and shape into rolls.
Butter tops; cover and let double.
(You can prepare these ahead of time and refrigerate dough before the second rising.)
Bake at 450Β° for about 6 minutes.
