Yeast Rolls
Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. lukewarm water, 1 regular yeast, 1 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 c. crisco or wesson oil and 1/3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Combine 1/4 cup lukewarm water, yeast and 1 tablespoon sugar; blend well.
Add Crisco or oil, sugar, egg, salt, 1 cup lukewarm water and flour.
Mix all together.
Knead like making biscuits. Let rise for 2 or 2 1/2 hours in a warm place, then work down like you do for biscuits.
Cut out; put in greased pan.
Let set for about 2 hours.
Cook at 375° or 400° until well done.
