Yeast Rolls

In 1 quart scalded milk, put oil and sugar
Let cool to lukewarm
In pint of warm milk, put yeast; let dissolve without stirring
When first mixture is cool, add yeast and milk to it
Add enough flour to make soft dough; cover and let rise at room temperature until it doubles in bulk (about 2 hours)
Knead, roll, cut, stretch, dip in melted butter
Fold over and butter tops
Let rise for 2 hours again; bake at 450Β° until brown
Makes about 100.
