Yeast Rolls
Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. lukewarm milk, cook, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tsp. salt, 2 pkg. dry yeast in 1/3 c. warm water and 2 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook milk.
Mix sugar, salt, eggs and oleo.
Add milk; stir. Add yeast mixture.
Mix well and then add flour, 2 cups at a time. Knead for 5 to 8 minutes.
Let rise until double in size.
Punch down and then make into rolls.
Put in well-greased pan.
Let rise again.
Bake at 350° to 375° for 15 minutes.
Brush tops with oleo.
Recipe good for cinnamon rolls.
