Yeast Rolls
Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. lukewarm water, 2 pkg. yeast, 2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/3 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
Combine salt, sugar, oil and cold water.
Add yeast and egg and 2 cups flour.
Beat until smooth.
Add 2 2/3 cups flour.
Place in greased bowl.
Cover. Let rise until doubled in size.
Punch down.
Place in refrigerator or make into rolls.
Will keep 3 or 4 days in fridge. Bake at 400Β°.
