Yeast Rolls
Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 to 6 c. flour, 2 pkg. yeast, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. shortening and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine 1/3 flour, yeast, sugar and salt in mixing bowl; stir. Combine all liquid and shortening in bowl; heat in microwave to 130°.
Combine liquid with flour; mix on medium speed on mixer for 3 minutes.
Install dough hooks.
Add remaining flour; knead for 7 to 10 minutes.
Rise for 30 minutes.
Punch back down; roll once and make into rolls.
Let rise.
Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes.
