Place water in mixer bowl.

Add flour, dry milk, sugar, salt and oil.

Blend together for 45 seconds on low speed.

Sprinkle yeast over center of bowl.

Mix on medium speed for 10 minutes until dough leaves sides of bowl.

Spray Pam on top of dough and sides of bowl.

Cover with towel and let rise in warm place for 30 minutes or until dough doubles.

Punch down and make out dough balls size of walnut.

Proof until double in size.

Bake at 350Β° for 12 to 15 minutes.

Brush with butter.

Makes about 42 rolls.
