Yeast Rolls
Yeast Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. lukewarm water, 1 pkg. yeast, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. melted shortening and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Dissolve yeast in water.
Add sugar, salt, then shortening. Immediately add about 1/2 of the flour at one time.
Stir well, then gradually add rest of the flour.
When you can no longer stir, knead flour in until dough doesn't stick to fingers.
Knead a few minutes more and turn in greased bowl.
Let rise until double in size.
Punch down and make into rolls or loaves.
Turn rolls in melted greased pans.
Let rise again and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Bake a little longer for loaf.
