Yeast Bread
Yeast Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 7 c. flour, 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. yeast, 1 tbsp. salt and 1/2 c. oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine flour, sugar, yeast and salt well.
Add oil and water. Dough should be soft, but not sticky.
Turn out on floured surface.
Knead until smooth, about 5 to 10 minutes.
Place in greased bowl; turn once to oil top.
Cover and let rise in greased bowl for 1 1/2 hours or until double.
Shape as desired (rolls, bread, or can be used for cinnamon rolls).
Place on lightly greased pan.
Cover and let rise 30 minutes.
Bake at 375Β° for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
