Yeast Biscuits
Yeast Biscuits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. dry yeast, 1 lb. flour, 1/4 c. dry milk, 1/2 tbsp. baking powder and 1/2 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve yeast as directed.
Combine with sugar, set aside. Sift together dry ingredients.
Work in shortening.
Add liquid mixture (yeast mixed with water and sugar).
Add extra flour as needed to make workable.
Roll out/ cut with biscuit cutter. Place on baking sheet.
Brush with melted butter.
Let rise until double in size.
Bake at 450Β° for 15 minutes.
