Yeast Biscuits
Yeast Biscuits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 to 3 c. unsifted self-rising flour, 1 1/2 pkg. dry yeast, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. warm water and 1/4 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Mix sugar, baking soda, baking powder, oil, flour, buttermilk and yeast.
Beat with large spoon and put in a large sealed container.
Store in refrigerator and use as needed.
They do not have to rise.
Keeps well for several days.
Bake in moderate oven.
