Work Person's Roast
Work Person'S Roast is an easy dinner. Made with 1 roast, 1 pkg. onion soup mix, 2 tbsp. worcestershire, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 clove fresh garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Place roast in center of large sheet of foil.
Cut slits in roast and insert garlic.
Pour mushroom soup over top, then pour Worcestershire sauce over soup.
Sprinkle dry soup mix over top and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add meat tenderizer according to cut of meat.
Pull foil up and seal lightly, leaving space around roast.
Put roast in cake pan and put in oven at 250Β° from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Crock-pot can be used and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours.
