Wisconsin Broccoli Casserole
Wisconsin Broccoli Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. minced onions, 4 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. flour, 1/2 c. water and 2 tbsp. butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Saute onions in 4 tablespoons of butter until soft.
Stir in flour.
Add water and cook over low heat until thick.
Blend in cheese.
Combine sauce and thawed, well drained broccoli.
Add eggs and mix gently.
Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Cover with cracker crumbs and dot with 2 tablespoons butter.
Bake at 325Β° for 45 minutes.
