Winter Fruit Pizza
Winter Fruit Pizza is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) pkg. pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookies, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, 1/3 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. vanilla and fresh or canned pineapple slices, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Heat oven to 350°.
Slice cookie dough as directed on package. Arrange slices in bottom of 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
Using floured fingers, press dough evenly into pan.
Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes or golden brown.
Cool completely.
In small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until fluffy.
Spread mixture over cooled cookie crust.
Arrange fruit over cream cheese.
In a small bowl, combine marmalade and water; blend well and spread over fruit.
Refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
