Winter Fruit Pizza
Winter Fruit Pizza is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour. Made with (20 oz.) pkg. pillsbury refrigerated sugar cookie dough, (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, c. sugar, . vanilla and fresh or canned, sliced or cubed pineapple, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Heat oven to 350°.
Slice cookie dough as directed on package and arrange in bottom of 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan.
Using floured fingers, press dough evenly into pan.
Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool completely.
