Winnie'S Pimento Cheese is an easy dinner. Made with 12 oz. velveeta cheese, 8 oz. philadelphia cream cheese, 2 to 4 oz. pimentos, 1/2 c. miracle whip and salt and pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Grate Velveeta cheese; add cream cheese and mix well.
Mix in pimentos.
Stir in Miracle Whip to desired consistency.
Salt and pepper to taste (optional).
Serve on crackers or sandwiches. Better when served at room temperature.
