Winford'S Secret Barbecue Sauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 qt. cattleman's barbecue sauce, 4 white onions, 4 bell peppers, 12 bacon strips and 4 ribs celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Grind up onions, bell pepper and celery in food processor or grinder.
Cook bacon to be crispy.
Crumble bacon and add to onions, bell pepper and celery along with bacon grease.
Cook to a mush.
Add vinegar, brown sugar and Cattleman's barbecue sauce. Add cornstarch to thicken and salt and pepper to taste.
