Wine and Chicken
Wine And Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with whole chicken, cut in pieces, 2 tbsp. margarine, garlic salt, parsley flakes and 1/4 c. white wine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Prepare chicken and sprinkle with garlic salt.
Melt margarine in electric frypan.
Add chicken and brown on both sides. Sprinkle parsley flakes over and add 1/4 cup white wine.
Cover and simmer for 1 hour, turning pieces occasionally.
Makes nice gravy, too, when thickened.
