Wilted Lettuce Dressing is an easy dinner. Made with 3 slices bacon, fried until crisp, 1/2 c. vinegar, 1 tbsp. mustard, 2 hard-cooked egg yolks, mashed and leaf lettuce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Remove bacon from pan and break into small pieces.
Add to hot fat the vinegar, mustard (prepared) and mashed egg yolk.
Blend well.
Add bacon.
