Wild Rice Soup
Wild Rice Soup is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. wild rice, 2 c. water, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 medium onion, minced and 1 qt. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cook wild rice in separate saucepan until done.
Saute onion in butter.
Add water, milk and canned soup.
Heat to medium; add cheese in chunks.
