Wild Rice Casserole
Wild Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. margarine, 2 (4 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms, 1 onion, chopped, 2 tbsp. bell pepper, chopped and 1 clove garlic, minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Heat margarine.
Add mushrooms, onion, bell pepper and garlic. Cook about 5 minutes.
Add pecans and cook for 1 minute.
Wash rice well and drain. Mix rice with margarine mixture.
Add broth and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Turn into greased casserole and cover.
Bake about 1 hour at 325Β°.
