Wild Rice Casserole
Wild Rice Casserole is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 12 minutes. Place wild rice in strainer.
Pour 3 quarts boiling water over rice 4 times, letting rice set in strainer each time, while water returns to boiling.
Brown onion and celery in margarine.
Combine all ingredients in 2-quart casserole.
Bake at 325Β° for about 1 1/4 hour.
Add broth if mixture becomes dry.
Serves 10 to 12.
