Wild Rice
Wild Rice is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz.) pkg. wild rice, 1 (8 oz.) box mushrooms, 1/2 medium onion, chopped and 2 sticks butter (not margarine), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Boil wild rice 50 minutes (keep covered with water).
While rice is boiling, saute onions and mushrooms in 1 stick of butter. Season with Lawry's seasoned salt and seasoned pepper.
When rice is cooked, rinse in hot water and drain.
Add rice to mushrooms and onions.
Add second stick of butter.
Heat until butter is melted and rice mixture is warm.
