Wild Apple Cornbread
Wild Apple Cornbread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. yellow cornmeal, 1/4 c. granulated sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 2 c. buttermilk and 2 tbsp. margarine, melted, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix together in top of double boiler the cornmeal, sugar, salt, milk and margarine.
Set over hot water and cook 10 minutes.
Cool. Add eggs, soda (dissolved in water) and apples.
Pour into greased baking dish and bake in preheated oven at 400Β° for 30 minutes. Serve with wild honey.
