Form into a ball.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Next day, take a portion at a time, roll thinly and use the pastry to wrap around hot dogs. Bake at 425Β° for 15 minutes or until brown.
These may be made ahead of time.
Keep in refrigerator.
