Whole Wheat Rolls
Whole Wheat Rolls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. warm water, 1 c. cooking oil, 2 1/2 tsp. salt, about 4 c. wheat flour and 3 c. plain flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Use warm water from tap.
Put in bowl.
Sprinkle yeast over water and let dissolve.
Mix oil and honey in yeast mixture and salt.
Mix well.
Add milk (can use powdered milk and warm water). Add flour 2 or 3 cups at a time and mix well.
You may need more or less.
Knead for a while and let stand in bowl covered with a damp cloth until double in size.
Punch down and make rolls or loaf and let rise again until almost double in size. Then bake at 350° to 400° approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
