Whole Wheat Banana Sticks
Whole Wheat Banana Sticks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. brown sugar, 1 3/4 c. whole wheat flour, 1/2 c. vegetable oil, 2 tsp. baking powder and 1/2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Combine all ingredients and stir until smooth.
Pour into a greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until firmly set. Cool.
Remove from pan and cut into sticks.
Put onto a cookie sheet and bake at 150° for 1 hour longer until sticks are hard and crunchy.
Store in tightly covered container.
